FloridaSpring Hill,
Hauling a jon boat out of a Spring Hill salvage job

A 14 ft Jon boat 1436 was sitting in a yard in Spring Hill with a dented hull and half full of yard waste, no trailer underneath it. The aluminum frame had taken a hit years back, and someone had used it as a garden dump ever since. Getting it out meant we couldn't just winch it onto a flatbed. We brought a crane to lift the whole hull clear, drained the standing water and debris, and loaded it onto a heavy trailer we positioned for the lift. The crew worked most of a morning on the extraction alone, then transported it south toward the metal recycler where the aluminum got sorted and processed. That's what happens to a boat that stops being a boat. It becomes scrap, gets broken down, and turns into something else. We cover all of Spring Hill and the surrounding Hernando County area. Most calls we take can be scheduled for pickup within the same week, sometimes sooner. Spring Hill sits right in the middle of a seasonal rhythm, people move boats in and out of storage depending on the water, and that's when we get most of our calls. Whether your 14-footer is on a trailer in your yard or sitting in a storage facility, we know the roads here and we know how to get it out without tearing up your property.
