Hauling a ski boat out of a Suffolk driveway

An 18 ft Checkmate Predictor sat in a Suffolk driveway with go-fast paint faded to a dull chalky white and an outboard seized solid from years of sitting. The ski boat had been parked there long enough that the single axle trailer had rusted through in spots, and the tires had flat-spotted from the weight. The owner had bought it for weekends, then life happened. The boat stayed. When he finally called, the trailer couldn't be towed as-is, so we brought a heavy rotator and air bags to lift the whole rig off those dead tires and onto our deck. The driveway wasn't cramped, but getting the angle right to back in and load without catching the eaves took most of a morning. Once it was secure, we hauled it down to our processor near Petersburg where the hull got cut and sorted for recycling. Crews cover all of Suffolk city: Suffolk and the surrounding county waters. We pick up same week most of the time, sometimes sooner if the schedule opens. A lot of boats in Suffolk move in and out of storage seasonally, and we work around that. You call with the address and a photo, we give you a number, and if you say yes, we show up with a trailer and load it. That's the whole thing.
