34 ft Silverton Removal in Weston, FL

A 34 ft Silverton 34 motor yacht had been sitting on stands in a Weston driveway for over a decade, covered in a blue tarp that had mostly rotted away. The fiberglass hull was chalky and soft in spots, the cabin windows were clouded or missing, and the whole rig had settled into the kind of stillness that only happens when something stops being a boat and starts being a fixture nobody wants to look at. The trailer was the first problem. It hadn't moved in years, and the stands had sunk into the asphalt so deep we had to use airbags and shims to break it loose without tearing the frame apart. The driveway itself was narrow, and getting an angle to winch it toward the street meant moving a fence gate that wasn't going anywhere without a reciprocating saw. We got the Silverton onto our trailer just after noon and spent the rest of the afternoon routing it down to the processor in Broward County, where the hull was cut down and the salvageable parts separated from the shell. We cover all of Broward County: Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Miramar, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach. Weston sits right in the middle of our regular routes, so most jobs around here we can schedule same week. A lot of the work we see in this area is seasonal, boats coming out of storage in the fall or getting pulled before the summer heat sets in. We know the roads, the marinas, the residential streets where a 34-footer needs careful maneuvering. You call, we quote, we show up when we say we will.
