28 ft Carver Removal in Weymouth Town, MA

A 28 ft Carver 28 aft cabin cruiser sat in a Weymouth driveway for three years. The windows had leaked so badly that the interior rotted out, and the fiberglass hull started showing soft spots along the waterline. The boat was mounted on concrete stands, not a trailer, which meant we couldn't just hook and drag. The real problem was access. The driveway narrowed near the street, and the neighbors' fence line on one side left maybe two feet of working room. We brought a smaller rotator truck instead of the standard rig, positioned it on the shoulder toward Quincy, and used a crane to lift the hull straight up and over the fence line onto the truck bed. Most of a morning for the whole job. Once we had it, the Carver went to the processor in Norfolk County. The fiberglass got shredded for mat stock, the aluminum fittings were sorted, and the rest was recycled per Massachusetts rules. The driveway was empty by afternoon. Crews cover all of Norfolk County: Quincy, Braintree Town, Randolph Town, Franklin Town, Needham, Norwood. We pick up same week most of the time. Weymouth sees a lot of seasonal movement, boats coming in and out of winter storage, and we're set up to handle the timing. Call with your address and boat size, and we'll tell you the day.
