Hauling a cabin cruiser out of a Bellflower driveway

A 26 ft Sea Ray 268 Sundancer sat in a Bellflower driveway for three years. The cabin cruiser had a soft transom, peeling bottom paint, and no trailer underneath it. The owner had bought it thinking he'd take it out on weekends, but life shifted, the boat stayed, and eventually he stopped walking past it altogether. No trailer meant we couldn't just hook and pull. The fiberglass hull was too compromised to safely load onto a standard flatbed, and the driveway access was tight enough that a full-size crane wasn't practical. We brought a smaller lift, positioned it carefully to avoid the neighbor's fence line, and took the boat off-ground in sections. The whole operation ran most of a morning. Once it was loaded, the Sea Ray went to our Los Angeles County processor, where it was cut down and recycled responsibly.
