Dale City, VA: 16 ft Lund Gone in One Morning

A 16 ft Lund 1600 Fury sat in a Prince William County yard for three seasons. Aluminum hull, fishing boat, and the transom plywood had rotted completely through. The owner had moved, the boat stayed, and by the time we got the call it was more storage problem than anything else. The trailer was still serviceable, but the driveway was narrow and the boat couldn't be towed out without taking down a section of fence and backing through to the street that runs toward Lake Ridge. We disconnected the trailer from the frame, loaded the Lund on our equipment, and moved it separately. The trailer came after. Total time was under two hours. No title in the drawer, so we handled the paperwork per Virginia regulations. The aluminum hull went to the metal recycler in Prince William County. The trailer was refurbished and resold.
