Hauling a runabout out of a Everett yard

A 16 ft Glastron Swinger sat in a driveway in Everett, fiberglass hull faded from orange metal-flake to dull grey, single-axle trailer bent enough that one wheel sat lower than the other. The owner had kept it for years, thinking he might restore it. He didn't. One afternoon he called us. The bent trailer meant we couldn't just hook it and pull. We had to load the hull off the frame first, get it level on the truck bed, then deal with the trailer separately. The driveway was tight, and the boat's weight pushed us to bring a second rig. Our crew jacked the hull, blocked it, and slid it onto our hauler under an hour. The trailer went on its own tow. From there, the Glastron headed to the recycler in Snohomish County. Fiberglass hull got separated from the aluminum frame and routed to processing. No title in the drawer, handled per Washington state rules. The driveway was clear by afternoon.
