Hauling a pontoon out of a Fort Collins storage lot

A 24 ft Harris FloteBote 24 had been parked in a residential yard in Fort Collins for three years. The vinyl floor was bubbled and separating, the bimini frame snapped clean, and the tandem trailer underneath had rusted to the point where the axles were questionable. The owner had bought it thinking he'd use it on the lakes around Larimer County. He didn't. The real problem wasn't the boat itself. It was the trailer. Both tires were flat and the frame had enough surface rust that we weren't confident it would roll without the wheels locking. We brought a heavy dolly and took the weight off the trailer entirely, then used the dolly to move the pontoon the length of the driveway to the truck. Most of a morning, all told. No title in the drawer, so we handled it per Colorado's documentation rules. The boat came back to our yard in one piece, and the homeowner finally had his driveway back. Crews cover all of Larimer County: Loveland, Windsor, Johnstown, Wellington, Berthoud, Timnath. We schedule pickups within the same week most of the time. A lot of boat owners in Fort Collins move their rigs in and out of storage facilities before winter, and we handle those transitions regularly. Whether your 24-footer is sitting in a driveway or parked at a storage yard, we know the roads and we know the logistics.
