Hauling a sailboat out of a Medford driveway

A 27 ft Ericson 27 sailboat had been sitting on concrete blocks in a Medford driveway for three years. The portlights were crazed, interior gutted by a previous owner who'd stripped anything removable. The boat wasn't going anywhere, and neither was the couple who owned it. They called us on a Tuesday. Getting it out meant dealing with a trailer on stands, no wheels under it, and a boat heavy enough that we couldn't just drag it onto a flatbed. We brought a crane, lifted the hull off the stands, set it on a fresh trailer, and had the whole rig mobile within a couple of hours. The mast came down first at the yard, then we pulled the keel. What was left went to the fiberglass processor in Jackson County for responsible recycling. We cover all of Jackson County: Ashland, Central Point, White City, Eagle Point, Talent, Phoenix. Most jobs in Medford happen same week. A lot of boats around here move in and out of storage before winter or after the spring thaw, so we've built the route to handle that flow. Call with your address and we'll tell you the day.
