A 20 ft Regal 2000 bowrider had been sitting in a yard outside Prichard for three seasons. The upholstery was gutted by mice, the dash was stripped down to bare plastic, and the trailer had two flat tires that hadn't rolled in years. The owner had moved on, the boat hadn't, and it became one of those things nobody wanted to look at but nobody knew how to move. The real problem wasn't the boat's condition. It was the trailer. We brought a heavy dolly, jacked the stern, and rolled the frame out on pneumatic wheels while the trailer stayed put.
