Hauling a center console out of a Oshkosh driveway

A 20 ft Grady-White 204 center console sat in a driveway just outside Oshkosh for three seasons. The fiberglass hull had a cracked console, the fuel tank was suspect, and the trailer axle had rusted solid. The owner had bought it thinking he'd run it down to Neenah for weekend trips. That never happened. We pulled up and saw the real problem right away. The trailer wasn't going anywhere on its own, and the weight of that hull meant we couldn't just tow it out backward without risking the frame. We brought a heavy rotator and set up from the street, then backed a specialized dolly under the bow to redistribute the load. Took most of a morning to break it free from the driveway and get it loaded crosswise on the flatbed. Once we had it secured, the 204 went straight to the processor in Winnebago County. The hull got cut down for recycling, and the owner got the paperwork showing it was gone. We cover all of Winnebago County: Neenah, Omro, Winneconne, Vinland, Rushford, and Nekimi. Most pickups happen same week. A lot of boats come out of storage in spring and need to move out fast, and we handle that. Winter storage transitions mean we're moving rigs in and out of Oshkosh regularly, so we know the roads and the marinas here.
