Hauling a bowrider out of a Palatine yard

A 20 ft Chaparral 204 SSi bowrider sat in a Palatine driveway for three seasons. The windshield frame had cracked years ago, and the upholstery had gone dark with mildew. The trailer underneath had seized hubs that wouldn't budge, and the whole rig was wedged tight against the garage with maybe two feet of clearance on either side. We showed up on a Tuesday morning with a rotator and a deck trailer. The seized hubs meant we couldn't roll this boat anywhere,we had to lift the entire trailer frame and load it nose-first onto our deck, then maneuver the whole assembly backward out of that narrow space. It took most of a morning to break the hubs free and get everything secured. The fiberglass hull was sound enough that we routed it to the processor in Cook County instead of the landfill. The trailer went to scrap. Crews cover all of Cook County: Chicago, Proviso, Maine, Elgin, Hanover, Orland. We pick up same week in most cases, and we know the seasonal rhythm around here. Boat owners move rigs in and out of storage facilities throughout the year, and we're set up to handle those transitions without delay. Whether your 20-footer is in Palatine proper or anywhere else in the county, we get it loaded and off your property.
