Hauling a bowrider out of a Petaluma driveway

An 18 ft Sea Ray 180 bowrider had been parked in a Petaluma driveway for three years. The sun-bleached cover had shredded at the seams, and the trailer tires had gone soft and cracked from sitting. The owner had kept meaning to deal with it, but every time he looked out the window, moving it seemed like too much trouble. When he finally called, the real problem was clear: the trailer was too rotted to tow safely, and the boat was wedged close enough to the property line that backing a full-size hauler straight in wasn't an option. We came in with a heavy rotator and a smaller tow vehicle. The crew disconnected the boat from the trailer, lifted it onto the rotator, and maneuvered it out to the street in stages. From there, a flatbed took it the rest of the way. The whole job ran under two hours. The Sea Ray went to our processor in Sonoma County, where the fiberglass was sorted for recycling and the aluminum fittings were salvaged. Crews cover all of Sonoma County: Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Healdsburg, Sonoma, Cloverdale. We handle pickups same week in most cases. A lot of boat owners in Petaluma move their rigs in and out of storage seasonally, and we've got the routes dialed in to get there when you need us gone, not when it's convenient for the calendar.
