Hauling a cuddy cabin out of a San Leandro driveway

A 22 ft Larson 220 cuddy cabin sat in a San Leandro driveway for three years. Rainwater had pooled above the deck drain, and the fiberglass had started to weep. One trailer tire was flat, the other wasn't far behind, and the whole rig had settled into the concrete like it was never leaving. The owner called after his wife finally asked him to deal with it. We pulled up on a Tuesday morning. The driveway was narrow, trees on both sides, and the trailer couldn't roll on its own. We brought a second winch rig, hooked the Larson to our main truck, and pulled it straight back onto the flatbed while the neighbors watched from Fremont-side of the fence. Under an hour from gate to gone. No title in the drawer. We handled the paperwork per California rules. The hull went to the recycler in Alameda County, fiberglass and foam separated, usable aluminum sold off. The driveway was clean.
