Hauling a bass boat out of a Tamarac yard

A 17 ft Tracker Pro 170 was sitting in a driveway in Tamarac with peeled carpet inside and the livewell lid missing. The aluminum hull had been there long enough that the trailer tires had gone flat, and the whole rig was sinking into the asphalt. The owner had bought it years ago thinking he'd fish more. He didn't. Now his neighbors in Broward County were noticing, and so was he. The challenge wasn't the boat itself. It was the trailer. Flat tires meant we couldn't roll it out to the truck, so we brought a heavy-duty dolly and jacked the frame carefully to break it free from the driveway. Once we had it mobile, the Tracker loaded onto the bed in under an hour. No title in the drawer, so we handled the paperwork per Florida's regulations for abandoned vessels. The aluminum hull went to the metal recycler in South Florida. The trailer went to salvage. The driveway got its space back.
