A 26 ft Sea Ray 268 Sundancer cabin cruiser had been sitting in a driveway in Waukegan for three years. The transom had gone soft, the bottom paint was peeling down to bare fiberglass, and the owner had finally decided he wasn't getting back to it. No trailer underneath it anymore, just blocks and concrete.
