Birmingham, AL: 20 ft Chaparral Gone in One Morning

A 20 ft Chaparral 204 SSi bowrider sat in a driveway in Jefferson County with a cracked windshield frame and mildewed upholstery that told the story of years parked and forgotten. The trailer had seized hubs, which meant we couldn't roll it out under its own wheels, and the boat was wedged tight between a fence and a detached garage with maybe three feet of clearance on either side. We brought a rotator and a flatbed instead of a standard tow rig. The crew disconnected the hubs, lifted the trailer frame clear, and loaded the Chaparral straight onto the flatbed while the frame stayed behind. Most of a morning from arrival to the processor. The hull went to the recycler in Hoover. Fiberglass that old doesn't have scrap value, but it gets shredded and diverted from the landfill. Driveway was clear before lunch. Crews cover all of Jefferson County: Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Bessemer, Trussville, Mountain Brook. Most pickups happen the same week you call. A lot of boat owners in Birmingham move their rigs in and out of storage facilities or marina slips seasonally, and we handle those transitions without the back-and-forth. You tell us where the boat is, and we show up ready to load it.
