Hauling a sailboat out of a Eugene storage lot

A 27 ft Catalina 27 sat on wooden stands in a Lane County yard for years, the standing rigging seized solid and the sails still bagged but rotted through. The owner had bought the boat as a project decades back, launched it once, and then life moved on.
