17 ft Bayliner Removal in Oklahoma City, OK

This one was a 17 ft Bayliner 175 Bowrider that had been parked at the side of a Canadian County driveway long enough for the gelcoat to go flat and chalky and the seat vinyl to crack down to the foam. Nobody was pulling it anywhere. Both trailer tires had gone soft months earlier, dry-rotted at the sidewall, and the whole rig had settled into a slight lean toward the grass. Getting it out meant working around that lean without dragging the frame. We aired up one tire enough to roll it, chocked the other side, and walked it out by hand rather than risk snapping an axle on the way to the truck. No title in the drawer, handled per the Oklahoma page rules. Route out took us past the edge of Yukon before we hit the highway. Whole job, start to truck, took under an hour. Back at the yard the hull got assessed like every fiberglass bowrider that age does. Faded gelcoat and cracked vinyl don't add up to anything worth restoring, so this one went straight to being cut down and routed to the processor for recycling.
