Hauling a cabin cruiser out of a Huntsville driveway

A 27 ft Chris-Craft Commander 27 had been sitting in a Huntsville driveway for three years. The cabin cruiser had a fuel smell that killed every sale attempt, and the owner finally stopped listing it. No trailer, just the fiberglass hull on blocks, settling deeper into the concrete each season. The real problem wasn't the boat itself. It was access. The driveway ran narrow between two houses, and the hull was too wide to angle through without taking out fence sections on both sides. We brought a heavy-duty rotator and a specialized flatbed, cut the fence, loaded the Chris-Craft in sections, and routed it toward Decatur where our processor handles fiberglass recycling. The whole job took most of a morning. Once the hull was on the truck, the driveway looked like it had been reclaimed. No trailer to haul away. No fuel smell lingering. Just empty concrete and the fence we'd coordinate to have repaired. That's how it ends. We cover all of Limestone County: Decatur, Madison, Athens, Ardmore, Elkmont, Lester. Most pickups happen within the same week you call. A lot of boats come through storage facilities around Huntsville during seasonal transitions, and we handle those moves regularly. Your 27-footer loads on the truck, and we handle the rest from there.
