18 ft Sea Ray Removal in Kokomo, IN

An 18 ft Sea Ray 180 bowrider landed in a Kokomo yard after the owner stopped using it around ten years ago. The fiberglass hull was sun-bleached, and the cover had shredded at the seams, leaving the interior exposed to Indiana weather. The trailer sat on dry-rotted tires that hadn't turned in years. The boat was wedged between a shed and a property line fence, which meant we couldn't back a standard trailer in to winch it. We brought a rotator and a recovery rig instead, set up a pull angle from the front, and walked it out onto the driveway in pieces. Once it cleared the fence line, we loaded it flat on the deck and routed it down through Greentown toward the processor. The whole operation took most of a morning. The hull went to the recycler in Indianapolis. No title showed up in a drawer, and we handled the paperwork per Indiana's rules for abandoned vessels. The yard is clear now. Crews cover all of Howard County: Greentown, Russiaville, Cassville, Center, West Middleton, New London. We handle pickups same week most of the time, depending on the route. A lot of boats move in and out of storage facilities around Kokomo in spring and fall, so we stay flexible with scheduling during those shifts. Call with your address and we'll tell you what day works.
