Hauling a pontoon out of a Lafayette salvage job

A 22 ft Sun Tracker Party Barge 22 pontoon sat in a yard in Tippecanoe County with spongy deck boards and a bent rail, no trailer underneath it. The owner had pulled it out of the water years back, parked it, and never quite dealt with what came next.
