Hauling a pontoon out of a Lafayette salvage job

A 22 ft Sun Tracker Party Barge 22 pontoon sat in a yard in Tippecanoe County with spongy deck boards and a bent rail, no trailer underneath it. The owner had pulled it out of the water years back, parked it, and never quite dealt with what came next. By the time we got the call, the boat wasn't getting any better, and the property owner wasn't getting any younger. No trailer meant we had to bring our own recovery gear and winch it onto a flatbed. The deck was soft enough that we couldn't trust it to hold weight safely, so we worked from the hull up, secured the frame, and took our time getting the load stable. The crew handled the whole job in most of a morning. We hauled it back to our yard in Lafayette, processed the title per Indiana rules, and got the boat into the salvage queue. We cover all of Tippecanoe County: West Lafayette, Battle Ground, Shadeland, Dayton, Clarks Hill, and Montmorenci. Most pickups happen within the same week you call. A lot of boat owners around here pull their rigs out of storage in spring and need them gone by fall, so we stay flexible on scheduling. If your 22-footer is sitting on a trailer in a driveway or parked at a storage facility, we can get to it.
