Hauling a ski boat out of a Norman storage lot

An 18 ft Checkmate Predictor ski boat had been parked in a Cleveland County yard for three years. The outboard was seized solid, the go-fast paint was chalky and faded, and the single-axle trailer underneath had rusted through at both frame joints. The owner had bought it young, used it hard for a season, then life got in the way. By the time he called, he just wanted it gone. The trailer couldn't move under its own weight, so we brought a heavy rotator and winch setup to load the whole rig without putting stress on the frame. The fiberglass hull was sound enough, so we kept it intact for the route to the processor in Moore. What looked like junk in someone's side yard took us under an hour to secure and haul.
