It ended up parked between the garage and the property line, close enough to the neighbor's fence that we had maybe four feet of working room on one side. We backed the flatbed in from the Fort Mill side of the neighborhood, got a second anchor point rigged to the bow eye, and lifted the hull straight up off the old trailer frame. The whole operation ran under an hour once we had the angle right. The aluminum went to the metal recycler. The rotted transom and fiberglass went to the appropriate facility.
