Hauling a bowrider out of a Terre Haute storage lot

A 19 ft Celebrity 190 bowrider had been sitting in a Vigo County yard for three seasons, windshield missing and the hull full of standing rainwater. The trailer underneath it had flat tires on both sides, and the whole rig was parked tight against a fence line with zero maneuvering room. The owner had stopped thinking about it years ago. Then a neighbor complaint came through, and that changed. We showed up in West Terre Haute on a Tuesday morning and assessed what we had. The water weight made the boat heavy enough that a standard winch pull would've risked snapping the trailer frame. We brought in a small crane, set it up on the street side, and lifted the hull straight up and over the fence line onto our flatbed. Took us most of a morning, but no damage to the property and no cutting corners. Once the boat was secured, we pumped the water, pulled the trailer out separately, and moved everything to the processor. The Celebrity went straight to the recycler. Fiberglass gets shredded, metals get sorted, and the yard got its space back. Crews cover all of Vigo County: North Terre Haute, West Terre Haute, Seelyville, Tecumseh, St. Mary of the Woods, Lakewood. We move boats in and out of storage all year, and most calls get scheduled within the same week. Winter storage moves and spring hauls are our bread and butter out here, so we know the roads and the yards where boats sit waiting.
